Testimonials
"Thanks for making the swift handoff to my dad this week and thereby getting the flute to me in time for three of my gigs this weekend in LA. They went great and the flute was and is wonderful."
- Zach Pitt-Smith of Grupo Falso Baiano
"Just finished playing and love the work you did on my flute!!! It's so much more fun to play now...can't believe it took me soooo long to get it worked on:) Thank You!!!"
- Marian
"It has been a joyous month with my beautiful new alto flute whose low velvety voice has fitted in so well in the Arab Music Ensemble. It is so much fun to play."
- Maddy
"Thanks, Ron. I am so pleased with my new flute! I played 2 gigs on it yesterday and it was amazing. I sounded fantastic! The high notes were easy to get, the dynamic range was wonderful, it stays in tune. The ease of playing was really astonishing to me. I can kick myself for playing on that old clunker for the past 40 years (!) Anyway, thanks again! Take care."

Repairs
We are happy to service your band instrument (and easy work on orchestral strings) in our on-site shop.
With local service, resonable rates and personal skilled attention, you don't have to send your instrument out of town anymore.
(But if you are out of town we will still happily do it.)
We do pad replacements, COAs(Cleaning, Oil and Adjustment, not including pads) and overhauls.
Using the most efficient business model to fit the needs of musicians in our county, our showroom is located by the home of owner, Ron McCarley, and he brings a lifetime of experience and musical instrument knowledge to help every customer.
While many music stores have gone out of business others continue to pay thousands of dollars every month on rent, employees, expensive web sites and customer service lines, those that survive often pay minimum wage to their employees and as a result end up with poorly trained staff. And who pays for all that? Well, the customer does. Even a small music store has to charge customers hundreds of dollars more than their costs just to stay open! But at Ron's Music Studio we are able to save our customers the cost of all of that overhead so that we can provide better instrustuments and service for less money.
Ron's Music Studio thinks it should be different and that is why all of our money goes to buying the best quality instruments and providing the best service possible. We think that musicians on the Central Coast should be able to try instruments before buying or having them mailed to your house. We think that musicians should be able to get their instrument fixed without having to send it to Los Angeles or somewhere else.
